• The promoter is: Captured Moments Photography; in conjunction with the Flower Farm; Montebello Hair; & Nourished by Nellie

• The Ultimate Mother's Day Giveaway is open to residence within the Nelson and Tasman region, NZ, aged 18+ years

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway

• By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

• Closing date for entry is Saturday 10th May at 5pm. After this date no further entries will be permitted.

• Prize winners will be contacted directly via phone and/or email

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

• Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification

TO ENTER THE COMPETITION :
You must follow all instructions and complete the entry form.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.

THE PRIZE IS AS FOLLOWS:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.

The grand prize includes: 

• a $1500 Portrait Experience with Captured Moments Photography - which includes the session fee of $150 and $1350 to spend on digital and/or printed products from the above portrait session. Session must be completed within 6months of the Giveaway date unless in agreement with the promoter.

• a Tulip Bouquet provided by the Flower Farm valued at $80

• a Keratin Treatment provided by Montebello Hair valued at $150

• a Mixed Cheesecake Box provided by Nourished by Nellie calued at $60

 Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be notified by email, phone or social media about their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Portrait session availability is for limited dates/times at the discretion of the promotor and is dependent on the session type. Winners are required to attend BOTH the portrait session and the subsequent viewing/ordering appointment in order to claim their prize. ALL decision makers are required to attend the ordering appointment.

 

For Runner-Up Prize Winners a $100 booking deposit is required in order to secure your appointment in our calendar which is fully refundable if you attend BOTH the portrait session and the viewing/ordering appointment or if you cancel more than 14 days in advance of your session.

​The grand-prize winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
